The location of the flat was excellent, being within easy walking distance to the town centre, beach, railway station and other amenities, and having off-road parking. However, the ground-floor flat is adjacent to the common entrance to all flats in the block, and whilst we took the trouble to quietly close the spring-loaded door each time we used it, others were not so considerate meaning we were often disturbed by the loud noise of the door slamming during our stay. Also, we were surprised that the bathroom was not equipped with a toilet roll holder or hook(s) on which to hang clothes.
