Located in the prestigious town of Sirmione, lake front, a 1-bedroom apartment for a family or group holiday up to 4 people.

The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests onto the bright living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, electric kettle, orange juicer, coffee machine and toaster.

The living room leads, through a French door, to the stunning private terrace, provided with dining table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners with a breathtaking view!

The apartment continues with the master bedroom provided with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.

*The pool is available from 1st of June to 30th of September.
*Guests can easily park up to 2 cars in the private garage (measurements: 5x2.95m) and in the private parking space within the Residence.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.

Lake Garda is home to beautiful villa and garden attractions, family fun parks, water sport and wind surfing activities, sailing clubs, luxury spas and family run vineyard.

Traumurlaub

Wir waren Sehr zufrieden und begeistert von der Lage, dem tollen Balkon und vor allem mit dem Ausblick!!!!! Das Personal, vor allem Elena im Büro von wonderful Italy war super nett, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt und planen, nächstes Jahr nochmal diese Wohnung zu buchen😍 Verbesserungsvorschlag für die Wohnung:Auflagen für die Balkon Möbel und die Gartenliege. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub!!!!! 😎

Ferrari 13, Sirmione-Lugana

Wunderschöne Lage mit direktem Seeblick vom Balkon in der 1.Etage. Die Wohnung war sauber, jedoch müssen die Stuhlbezüge der Esstischstühle dringend erneuert werden. Töpfe und Pfannen sollten ebenfalls ausgetauscht werden. Sitzkissen für die Balkon-Liegestühle wären sehr schön gewesen. Bad sehr schön und sauber. Gut ist die Tiefgarage zum Abstellen von Auto und Fahrräder, sowie der vorhandene Aussenparkplatz. Das gesamte Gelände ist umzäunt und mit einem automatischen Tor befahrbar. Das Schwimmbad war sauber und gut zu benutzen. Das Gebäude selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden. Ein Supermarkt mit Cafe/Bistro liegt direkt gegenüber. Fazit: Trotz einiger vorhandener kleiner Mängel haben wir den Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen.

Außen Hui innen Pfui

Uns hat der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon veranlasst, die Wohnung zu buchen. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee, die Außenanlagen mit Zugang zum See und der Pool waren tatsächlich wunderschön. Die Wohnung selbst war aber enttäuschend. Bei der Ausstattung war uns anhand der Bilder klar, dass sie nicht topmodern sein würde. Die Wohnung war aber sehr dreckig und hatte einige technische Defizite. Ich habe daher bei unserer Abreise die Verwaltung gebeten, die Reinigung der Wohnung zu prüfen. Hoffentlich haben unsere Nachmieter mehr also mehr Glück...

Appartement mit traumhaften Blick über den Gardasee

Wir wurden herzlich im Büro von SNALE empfangen, wo uns alles über das Appartement erklärt wurde. Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Terrasse über den Gartenbereich, Pool und Gardasee ist wirklich traumhaft. Die gesamte Anlage ist gut gesichert und gepflegt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist direkt gegenüber und die Altstadt von Sirmione ist in ca. 45min bei einem Spaziergang direkt am Wasser leicht erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
