This apartment has been upgraded to a very high Standard.

The apartment, situated on the ever popular and well known Paloma Beach complex, is very spacious at over sixty square metres.

The apartment is legally registered with the Tenerife Tourist Board and is handled by the sole management agent on the complex. Paloma Beach holds a valid licence for tourist accommodation, as required by local laws.

The complex itself has several stairs and lifts, providing easy and quick access for the elderly. There is a lovely little bar / restaurant situated near the large, heated pool, and the complex also has a children’s pool area. There is night time security and a lifeguard during the day. There is easy access parking and Paloma Beach is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre.

This luxurious apartment has a whole host of mod cons, including a washing machine.

Air conditioned bedroom and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment!

There is a durable safety deposit box available for a small extra fee.

There are two large ceiling fans, one in the bedroom and one in the living area.

Please note that the apartment must be vacated prior to 1000h on day of departure.

Good complex. Didn’t stay in this actual apartment as it had a leak. Owner kindly booked us another

We had an upgrade as our apartment had a leak. This was organised pre arrival. Complex is lovely with some great restaurants nearby. Pool is not heated though (apparently waiting for a part).
