A one bedroom apartment located on a very popular condominium complex. Set within well - landscaped gardens and have the convenience of a large central swimming pool ( 90 feet ) and a 24 hour reception and security. Launderette on the property. 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, shops, banks and all Holetown amenities.

This rental comes with full membership of The Beach Club Sunset Crest, The Beach House and the Tennis Club, which are located on the beach (5 minutes walk from your apartment). Please note you are required to produce your membership card which comes with the booking. There is a deposit of BD$50 or US$25 per card required (each card allows a maximum of 2 persons). Maximum number of cards allowed is linked with the booking.The deposit is refunded on the return of the membership card (please note membership is not transferable).

Local attractions (5 minutes away): Paynes and Mullins local white sand beaches, Banks, shopping mall, supermarket, gourmet restaurants, snorkeling, wind surfing, water skiing, scuba diving, lawn tennis, 45 hole Sandy Lane club, Royal Westmoorlands golf club, Beach Club.

BEWARE

This condo has been neglected and has many issues, lights not working, blinds not working, patio screen door missing, and the bathroom was disgusting. We stayed 9 days then out for 7 and back for 9 more days. wouldn't have come back if we would have known how bad it was and had already prepaid our stay. Sent the owners a email with pictures, but had offhand response. This place is full of mold and mildew and is in a seriously neglected condition. We stayed at this complex for four weeks and were able to talk to other guests and see in their units for comparison f

Beware

Probably the worst VRBO we have ever stayed at. This place was neglected and has so many issues I'm not sure where to start. I sent the owners a email with pictures, but had no response. Lots of mold and algae, unclean and lots of lights and fans not working. Screen door completely missing? Bathroom a total mess.... wouldn't stay here again........

Great Place!😊

The apartment is just as described. Bed was comfortable, location is perfect! Grounds are beautiful and so peaceful! Cheryl was great to deal with. We only rated the checkin process as a 4 because there were a couple hiccups which got resolved by Cheryl, which we really appreciate. 😊(Thanks Cheryl!) The following are just observations not complaints: The furniture is all very comfortable but upholstery could use a cleaning. We had 2 toilet paper rolls for 1 week and no hand soap or paper towel. However, to be fair we didn’t ask for more we just went and bought our own. The kitchenette has a toaster, coffee maker, and stove top, plenty of pots and pans, frying pan, utensils.. all the basics😊 All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
