Beautiful stay

This was a delight of a find. The villa was a great size and very well equipped and maintained. Lovely gardens and the hot tub was just what we wanted. Short walk to two amazing restaurants and a short drive to many more. La Orotava was a delight we would definitely recommend not only the villa but the whole area. Stunning scenery, great wine, great food, challenging walks and cycling Only consideration for some would be that the whole area is very hilly.

Sunny and relaxing days during the Easter vacation

We stayed as a couple for 12 days in Marta's beautiful house in a quiet location in the north of Tenerife. You have a great view of the sea and can reach the beach quickly on foot.Marta provided us with comprehensive information about sights, shopping opportunities and more in the run-up to the trip. The communication was also very pleasant during our stay and Marta always responded very promptly. The house is very well equipped and very clean, so that we quickly settled in.We can recommend this house without hesitation. Too bad our vacation is already over. We would have loved to stay longer.

Wir hatten das Casa Boticaria gebucht, aber leider ereignete sich kurz vor unserem Urlaub ein Wasserrohrbruch. Die Vermieterin Marta bot uns aber kurzerhand ein anderes Ferienhaus an und kümmerte sich rührend darum, dass wir uns wohl fühlten. Wir können das Casa Boticaria nicht bewerten, aber anhand dessen, wie wir das andere Haus und Marta erlebt haben, sind wir überzeugt, dass das Haus toll eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist und es den Gästen an nichts fehlt.

Wir waren im Juli 2025 auf Teneriffa.Wir fühlten uns in dem Objekt ausgesprochen wohl und willkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Marta war problemlos und auf Anfragen erhielten wir immer super schnell eine Antwort und sofortige Hilfe bei Bedarf. Das Haus und der Pool waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage dieses Hauses war für uns perfekt, der Strand war fußläufig zu erreichen und unser Lieblingsrestaurant im diesem Gebiet, der San Diego Grill, nur drei Gehminuten entfernt.Der Standort ist ein exzellenter Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Ausflüge auf der Insel. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man in maximal einer Stunde an jedem beliebigen Ort.Es war ein perfekter Urlaub und wir danken Marta für ihre Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft.

Ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Casa Boticaria sehr genossen.Abseits vom Trubel bietet das Haus alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Erkunden der Insel!

Très agréable séjour (vraiment!)

Maison très confortable, très bien équipée, au calme absolu avec en plus 2 très jolies terrasses, une décoration moderne (et bien sûr le jacuzzi !). Communication parfaite avec Marta, très attentive et très réactive. Superbe!

Kleines privates Paradies

Für 10 Tage haben wir in der Casa Boticaria unser privates Paradies gefunden. Das Objekt ist tatsächlich so schön wie es beschrieben und auf den Bilder zu sehen ist. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Alles notwendige an Ausstattung auch im Bereich Küche ist ausreichend vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Es gibt zwei Terassen mit Tischen und Sesseln oder Stühlen am Haus und eine weitere Terasse mit Liegen am Jacussi. Der Jacussi hat uns begeistert. Er ist beheizbar und beleuchtet und es ist ein Genuss dort mit Blick auf den Teide den Sonnenuntergang oder den Abend zu erleben. Die Nutzung ist gut und vollwertig für drei Menschen geeignet. Für zwei Personen war es für uns perfekt. Das Haus ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen und ein Auto kann auf dem Hof geparkt werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Zwei Strände und Restaurants sind zu Fuß (teilweise Treppen) erreichbar. Ein Auto ist jedoch grundsätzlich empfehlendswert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden bei Marta und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Einrichtung und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem und relativ neu. Die liebenswerte Gastgeberin Marta hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps und Informationen versorgt. Wir haben das Jacuzzi sehr oft benutzt. Zwei gute Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
