About this property

This lovely apartment is located in the famous Koukaki area, 5 minutes from Acropolis museum and 2 minutes from Metro station Syngrou Fix. We painted it again on Feb 2024 and we fix minor issues so the apartment is ready again to host all you beautiful guessts!

There is a comfortable double bed next to the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.

The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.

Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Entire property has free Wi-Fi!

Syngrou Fix is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 150 meters away.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony

Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
