We arrived early and Patricia was very accommodating, we were able to store our bags prior to check in. The apartment is exactly as described. Lots of great restaurants, very close to the train. It has a clothesline which makes doing laundry very easy. We had a great time!
Our stay was lovely. We would have liked more towels, we were Given 2 small towels per person. The place was very comfortable and a close walk to restaurants. Communication before our stay was a bit of a struggle in getting our documents, our other apartments had easier ways to complete registration.
We would recommend staying here, just a few hiccups but the stay was very nice

El registro lo hicisteis de forma fácil, en ningún momento hubo errores, ni falta de comunicación, si necesitabas ayuda nada más tenías que pedirla. Y…A que Contratiempos te refieres? no nos comunicastes nada!
It was great. The apartment, the renter (Patricia), the surrounding, the city, the people everything and everyone were just perfect for us! Patricia is a fantastic person, very pleasant and helpful. We are absolutely thankful!!
Patricia was an excellent hostess and checked on us daily. She was very gracious when we locked ourselves out of the apartment.
The apartment was even better than the photos. It is well appointed and felt like home. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals during our stay.
The view of the mediterranean sea is unmatched. The morning sun greeted up every morning. The Bar Paco downstairs had great coffee and the beach is an easy 3 minute walk.
Highly recommend this property!

If you didn’t keep the windows open smelled like dead mouse or sewage in the house.
Overall it was a decent place for the price. The landlord was very kind and accommodating, and the view from our window was breath taking. We had a bowl of fresh fruit and stacked coffee in the kitchen and were greeted at the front when we arrived.
Unfortunately, I would never rate it a 5 star place to stay. The area itself has a strange smell and I don’t think the landlord can really control that, but was unbearable at times. KEEP THE WINDOWS OPEN. After a long day of touring the city and area we would come back to a the smell of sewer built up in the house.
The bedding looked to be from the 70s or 80s and were stinky and had a blood stain on one. Though I didn’t really find it till the last night because we had stripped off the comforter because it smelled like mildew. The towels were older and not very soft either. Overall I think it just needs a little update and some fabreeze. All of these little issues just made it hard to sleep.
I feel bad to say this just because the host was so kind, but maybe give a tiny opportunity to improve.
We still made the most of our trip and loved Malaga as a whole!
The unit is on the 5th floor of an older working class building. Access is by elevator and a narrow, communal balcony. There is no clothes dryer in the unit, and most building tenants hang their washing on ropes from the balcony in front of their door. It is very unsightly. When we arrived, the unit smelled, but the owner said it was because it had been shut up for a while. However, over several days the smell from the drains got worse and worse. One day, the owner came and said that a plumber was coming the next day to check the pipes. Next day, 3 plumbers kept traipsing through the apartment, followed by 2 engineers. The owner said the vents on the roof needed repairing and it would be very noisy. We decided to check out, but the owner refused to refund any monies. In addition to the smell, one day we had high winds, and the wind literally whistled through the apartment. The owner came and banged the window siding back into place. This gives you an idea of the age of the building. In addition, the light in the second bedroom often sizzled due to a loose connection. When we pointed it out to the owner, she just shrugged her shoulders. I felt the electrical connection was dangerous.

Matrimonio mayor, en todo momento muy agradables hasta que me amenazaron para que les devolviera el dinero, si no iban a poner mala crítica...La comunicación fue muy complicada ya que no hablaban nada de español, venían sin conexión de móvil, muy despistados, les expliqué funcionamiento de todo, les ayude a todo lo que me pidieron y tuve que subir varias veces... al segundo días subimos a reparar la ventana porque había silbido de aire y es que unos días antes había hecho muchísimo muchísimo aire y el cajón de la persiana se había abierto ligeramente, solo había que volver a encajarlo y precintamos estéticamente perfecto para que no volviera a pasar y al rato de irnos me dicen que han perdido las llave y que nos la hemos llevado nosotros cuando nos hemos ido...Estuve a punto de cambiar la cerradura por seguridad para ellos y costarme el dinero y las llaves al final la tenían debajo del sofá... :s
Una cosa hay que tener clara....Antes de elegir un alojamiento es muy importante ver todas las fotos y características del mismo para luego no pedir y/o creer que hay lo que realmente no hay.
Nuestra urbanización es antigua si, pero muy decente, viven personas de clase trabajadora, y a mucha honra! ya que yo resido en el mismo edificio, algún problema con la clase trabajadora? Es una zona muy demandada para vivir, realmente vivimos en el paraíso! Mucha tranquilidad, playa, bares y el centro de Málaga a 5 min! Que pena no apreciar lo bueno! La urbanización está muy bien cuidada y nuestro apartamento está súper limpio, super bien cuidado, super bien equipado y con unas vistas a toda la bahía de Málaga que quita el hipo! Todo esto se le ha olvidado mencionarlo!! No se puede hacer solo critica negativa!! que por supuesto nos ayuda a mejorar pero se debe tener en cuenta todo.
El tema del olor es algo que le quisimos dar solución rápido, es más, ya está totalmente arreglado! Nada más nos lo dijisteis mandé a 3 operarios al día siguiente para ver qué podíamos hacer para arreglarlo, un par de días de los que os ibais a hacer turismo y no estabais en el apartamento hubiera sido suficiente para arreglarlo. No hubierais ni enterado....Pero no dieron opción...y sin más dijeron que se iban y a sacarle faltas pequeñas al apartamento que antes no me habíais dicho...que si la llave de la luz no apagaba bien ( ya está arreglada) que si el baño no tenía pestillo...ya lo tiene puesto también...unas faltas de risa, de ser muy quisquillosos y que además tenían arreglo rápido...y se fueron sin avisar a Vrbo ni siquiera... Así no se hacen las cosas. La conexión eléctrica de la casa está perfectamente. En otra plataforma incluso somos Superhost.

Piccolo ed essenziale, spartano ma attrezzato e con una discteta vista sul mare per quanto riguarda l’appartamento. Probabilmente considerato il contesto generale malagueño, andrebbe limato leggermente il prezzo ma la valutazione nel complesso, a mio parere, è positiva.
Per quanto riguarda il mare, invece, non c’è da aspettarsi nulla di che, ma si può sempre visitare e apprezzare l’ottima cucina iberica.
Nous avions prévu de visiter Malaga avec le moins de contraintes possible. Cet appartement est situé à la sortie de la ville dans une zone de terrains vagues. Certes la vue mer est belle, mais c'est tout. Obligation de louer une voiture , ou être dépendant des transports privés ou publics. Nous n'avions pas envie de prendre nos repas dans l'appartement. Sinon notre séjour s'est bien passé la ville de Malaga est belle et agréable.

Es importante saber antes de reservar dónde va a alojarse uno. Es curiosa esta valoración ya que en toda la estancia Bernard y su mujer estaban muy contentos y al irse estaban muy agradecidos. Apartamento triste?? más bien tranquilo! Si queriais ruido y movimiento de personas deberíais haberos ido al centro histórico.
Llegasteis cuando os vino bien, a la hora concretada resulta que os encuentro comiendo en el bar. Llegasteis con problemas de rent a car por el tema del idioma, cosa que no era problema ni mío ni del apartamento sin embargo estuve más de una hora con vosotros para ver si os podía ayudar, os puse en contacto con mi tío que él habla francés a la perfección y sin ninguna duda y sin ningun tipo de interés os atendió y gracias a él pudisteis conseguir el coche.
Estuvisteis comiendo muy cerca del apartamento comida riquísima, os fuisteis cuando os fue bien. Además vuestro alojamiento tenía un 20Þ descuento... Desde luego que vaya decepción de huéspedes. Puede que haya alguna cosa que no guste, lo entendería perfectamente, pero es importante para usted y para mi hacer una valoración justa y la suya no lo es. Está claro que no volvería a alojaros. Lo siento
