Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms and a truly magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea with the Medes Islands and the harbour of L'Estartit!
The flat is part of a house consisting of 2 flats and is situated against the flank of the mountain Roca Maura, about 800 meters from the centre and the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit.
Bellevue is a very well cared for, completely renovated flat consisting of a living room with comfortable sitting area, TV (Spanish and French) and sliding doors to the terrace. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy the fantastic view! Furthermore, there is a modern, open kitchen, equipped with all appliances and a breakfast bar. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathroom 'en suite' and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bathroom with toilet and shower.
