This was the perfect spot in Cortona right on the main street. This place met all our expectations and was as advertised.

We are very happy to have hosted Brian with his family, they were truly exemplary, we always try to satisfy every request of our guests by giving the best we can. I hope Cortona has remained in the heart of Brian's family and to be able to host them again in the future.
Cortona is amazing and both Giovanni and his brother Rinaldo were excellent hosts. Quick to answer questions and address any problems that came up (I accidentally got locked out at one point, and luckily Rinaldo lives in the downstairs apartment). I highly recommend.

Zachary with his family were exemplary guests, they used the house as if it were their property, it was a pleasure to host their sympathy, a polite and respectful family, they left the house in order and were attentive to everything I would be really happy to host them again, it's lucky to know people like them.
My husband and I spent a week here in April. We have been to Italy seven times, always staying in VRBO-type rentals and this rental stands apart as among the nicest. Recently renovated, well-equipped kitchen, balcony, comfortable heat, etc. You can see the owner, Giovanni, took great care with the design and remodeling. The location is perfect — just off the main street. We highly recommend this home!
Newly renovated plus old world charm.
Ideal location just a few steps from Piazza Garibaldi, this roomy apartment has been outfitted with every convenience, including air conditioning and a washing machine. We stayed for two weeks and hated to leave!

They were excellent and welcome guests, they had the utmost respect for the environment and the house rules, I hope to be able to host them again in the future
We have been to Cortona several times before but Govanmi’s apartment was BY FAR the best. It’s beautiful, well-equipped, spacious and has a great lay out. The mattresses are excellent, AC is in every room, making the hot days bearable and location could not be better. Giovanni and his brother were super attentive and even led us stay a day longer when the Italian train system was on strike. They answered any and all questions. We will definitely return - I strongly recommend their place!!One caution: If you are not great on your feet, climbing up the staircases to the apartment (third floor), may be too much.

Sandra and her family are fantastic people, of a unique fairness, kind and attentive in the care of the house, everything was simple with them and if they were to return to Cortona in the future I would be very happy to host them again.
I’ve been going to Cortona for eleven years and this is the nicest apartment I’ve stayed in. The location is great. This is the first apartment that has some tv channels in English ( like CNN and NBC), so it was easy to keep track of what is going on in the world. The shower for the master bath is roomy and isn’t one of those tiny square prefab showers that don’t give you enough room to raise your arms to wash your hair or bend over to wash your feet. The kitchen is modern, convenient, and well appointed, if you feel the need to cook something yourself and miss out on the wonderful Cortona food. The apartment was quiet and located above a small restaurant and a gelato shop giving access to quick meals or sandwiches as well as Italy ‘s famous gelato. The host was very available and helpful. The only negative is the fact that there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment. I am 80 years old and found the stairs to be a bit of a problem but for someone younger, this apartment would be ideal because of its location, cleanliness, quality, comfort, and tasteful furnishings. Grab it if available!

My brother Rinaldo and I are particularly happy to have hosted Barbara, she was a magnificent guest that everyone would like to host in her house, a kind woman, respectful of the regulations, she left the house clean and in perfect order, she has been coming to Cortona for many years because she has been in love with this magical place, it was a pleasure to have met her and we hope to be able to host her again, we are sure that she will talk well with her friends about us and the house and will make us a good advertisement.
I recently had the pleasure of staying in this vacation rental, and I cannot say enough good things about it. From start to finish, my experience was absolutely fantastic.
First and foremost, the apartment itself is a gem. It's beautifully decorated, spacious, and immaculately clean. As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the tasteful design and attention to detail. The living area is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities needed to prepare meals, although with so many great restaurants nearby, I didn't do much cooking! The bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. It truly felt like a home away from home.
One of the standout features of this rental is its location. It couldn't be more convenient. It's right in the heart of town, within walking distance of all the action. Whether you're looking for great dining options, shopping, or cultural attractions, you'll find them just steps away. I loved being able to stroll to the local cafes for breakfast and then wander through the charming streets to explore. It made my vacation feel effortless and enjoyable.
Furthermore, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They provided detailed information about the area, including recommendations for restaurants and activities. Any questions I had were promptly answered, and they made the check-in and check-out process a breeze.
Highly recommended!
