Good accommodation at a reasonable price.
Good accommodation at a reasonable price. Although almost an hours drive from my favourite area around St Davids, it gave me the opportunity to walk bits of the coast I’d not walked before. So was able to walk from Dale, round St Anne’s head and then Marloes sands (which I have done before) and from Little Haven, through St Brides and round to Wooltack Point (absolutely glorious views of Skomer etc.) lots of seals and their pups. So all in all, a rewarding visit…..but I still spent a lot of time up at St Davids, Whitesands bay and Porth-gain. Tides were not right for Musselwick sands unfortunately; you have to plan for a full or new moon to get a really low tide.
