I'm very sorry for what happened. The calendars of the platforms have not updated, it is not a problem attributable to me but to the platforms. I immediately contacted Vrbo and followed all their instructions on what I had to do for the guest, they told me to cancel the reservation and they would send him to another apartment. I point out that without my help the guest would not have found in an accommodation. I also contacted the guest the next day to find out if everything was ok. Vrbo assured me that everything is ok now. I apologize for all this.
