A very relaxing week.
We’ve stayed at Badgers Retreat previously, so knew that we’d enjoy another week here. We don’t go far, walks on Weavers Way and trips to the local beaches followed by snoozing in the conservatory (not just the dogs!). Terri and Richard are great hosts, they keep the place clean and tidy and the garden is great for our dogs.

Amazing Place
The hosts are absolutely wonderful and the cottage is so very very special.
Terrie and Richard were so friendly and helpful and we were blown away by all the thought and design that went into the cottage. It was perfectly situated for our reactive dog, with lovely walks and near to beaches and has a beautiful garden where our dog could run around safely in.
Badgers retreat is a slice of heaven and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Firework Free Getaway
Great cosy cottage, just the right size for two. Very comfortable and compact, well equipped and a lovely secure garden for our dogs. Within easy reach of the beaches and woods and Weavers Way almost on the doorstep so plenty of choice for walks. Best of all no fireworks nearby to upset our older dog so we all had relaxed evenings throughout the week. Hosts Terri and Richard were most welcoming and the thoughtful welcome pack was much appreciated.

Badgers Retreat Norfolk
Lovely quaint cottage with beautiful secure garden for our dog. Terri & Richard were very welcoming & friendly. The property had everything needed and the welcome food pack for hoomans & doggy treats was lovely. The area was very quiet but was further away from anything than expected for us, a good 30 minute walk to village & pub. Great for a very peaceful getaway

A little slice of Heaven
We had a delightful long weekend at Badger's Retreat. We had rain and sun in equal measure but were able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden and surrounding area. The road going past it has about one car a day. The Weavers Way is 5 minutes walk away and the beautiful beaches a short drive away. We walked to the Swan in Stalham which was very good and also went to Smallsticks and Poppylands cafes which were excellent. When it rained it was cosy to sit and read in the conservatory. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. The fully enclosed garden was enjoyed by my spaniel too. We loved it and cant wait to return. Ginny and Willow

Short and Sweet Weekend Break
We had a wonderful short stay. The dogs absolutely loved it. I've never stayed anywhere where I felt like we were more welcomed and accepted from the dog treats to the cage to the throws and more. Despite the heavy rain all weekend, we had a number of adventures and enjoyed listening to the rain on the conservatory roof. Thank you!
