The place is in a very poor condition. The windows are falling out and half the doors don’t shut properly. It is located 2 km down a dirt track with lots of potholes. The airconditiong is only in 2 of the bedrooms and makes the main electrical supply trip when plugged in.

La casa es antigua, tal y como se anuncia. No hay aire acondicionado y se especifica en el anuncio, te has encontrados dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado porque lo hemos puesto nuevos. La casa la estamos mejorando poco a poco porque es una edificación histórica de 1929 tal y como se indica y no es tan sencillo. Obviamente esta familia ha puesto queja porque han tenido que que pagar una cuantía por daños y reparaciones que no reconocen. Imagino que los niños se han tirado bruscamente en la cama y han doblado los hierros de las patas, aunque no lo reconocen. Lo más increíble es que han hecho trastadas y los padres ven normal meter rollos de papel higiénico entero en el sistema de cisterna del wc.. increíble.

Maison de caractère de type andalous très bien située mais qui mériterait d’être vraiment rénovée. Fenêtres et volets détériorés, salles de bain et robinetterie très vétustes. Cafetières en très mauvais état…

Gracias por su mensaje. Las ventanas y contraventanas han sufrido mucho con las últimas lluvias, de hecho mañana empiezan a la sustitución de las nuevas de aluminio imitando a madera. Hemos comprobado las cafeteras y todas están en perfecto estado. Supongo que no están acostumbrados a usar las cafeteras italianas muy usadas en nuestra región aunque le envié un manual de uso. Un saludo.

Maison de caractère et de charme, isolée en en campagne andalouse. Séjour agréable, mais : Confort simple, à l’ancienne. Pas de table pour plus de 10 personnes, pas de transats, pas de machine à laver, pas de poubelles, cafetière archaïque, évier à contre sens.
