The 'LakeHouse' in the Shuswap at Blind Bay

Our beautiful semi-lake front "LakeHouse" [1100 sq ft] has been completed renovated & comfortably accommodates 6 adults. It has: 2 bedrooms on the main floor [1 king, 1 queen], a loft [1 queen], 2 3/4 baths, a full kitchen [fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, eating bar], a coffee corner with bar sink & mini-fridge, washer/dryer, water cooler [bottle refills are available at the Village Grocer less than 5 minutes away], & Wi-fi. Enjoy morning coffee on our new enlarged deck overlooking the lake. 3 burner gas BBQ It is fully furnished including linens & bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

Our home can be enjoyed during any season of the year as it is fully winterized. Weekly rentals [7 days] during July & August [Saturday check-in]. This is a great location for a family vacation as it is right across the road from the water, [50 feet of frontage-beach is a little rocky] includes dock & boat buoy. Please indicate when making your booking if you would require use of the buoy.-1st come basis.
This is a pet-free, smoke-free environment [no smoking of any kind on the premises].
The LakeHouse is the top two floors of the building. The entrance is on the opposite side to the entrances of the 1st suite [Sailing Suite] allowing for privacy. Parking available for 2 vehicles. If you are coming to the area to invite a lot of friends over; our place is not for you-we have limited space out front so no room for extra vehicles.
Owner is on site some weeks of the summer months.
Bringing a large group or planning a family gathering, the entire house [over 2100 sq ft] is available for bookings. Can sleep 10 with the luxury of 2 kitchens & 3 full baths. Details can be finalized by four, zero, three. Five, six, one, two three nine eight.

We are a family oriented couple who have decided to share our recently renovated dual suite lake house. When we were introduced to Blind Bay we fell in love with it - so sunny, beautiful scenery and wonderful, friendly people. We love spending time here each season of the year with our growing family and look forward to you and yours to share in this lovely location. We are on site at various times throughout the summer months.

We spent several years looking for the right place to vacation and we believe we have found it at Blind Bay on the Shuswap. The weather is wonderful, the view is fabulous and the people are oh so friendly!

What makes this property unique

Each suite is very unique and separate from each other [entrances are on the opposite side of the building].
Renting our entire place is great when relatives or two families want to vacation together but enjoy their own space at the end of the day. Back door from Sailing Suite allows for quick entrance to the LakeHouse.
