Great Location

Overall a great location. The furniture and property could use a makeover however. The living room furniture was in mixed shape, The pool, which had been a big selling point had it been circulated before arrival, so was effectively unusable. Other details such as door handles etc were in poor condition. It is a great location, but overall could use some maintenance.

Thankful to find this place within a walking distance for my Therapy after a Cervical neck surgery done there in Barcelona.I needed a place to rest and healand the lower level with the bedroom off of the pool was perfect…Darkening for healing naps then once awakened to pass by the lite pool, then it was the right level to enter and walk in without getting my neck wet…peaceful and healing. The place was quiet on the inside to be in the City. The upstairs gave my Son and Husband a place to go and watch t.v. or prepare small meals in the kitchen but many areas to eat at nearby. If you want a view though to the City it is mostly blocked (just in case) but Can got out and set on a bench.It is as the picture shows..recommend (parking is a bit high if you have a vehicle for long in the garage) Enjoy!
