This is your chance to enjoy a unique getaway on the nicest beach! Stay in our newly remodeled beach cottage. White sandy beach & turquoise water is literally 50 ft from the door.



Everything you need for a delightful & relaxing day at the beach is included. Chairs, beach towels, umbrella,. Enjoy the convenience of this premium location across Gulf blvd to Beach.



The Space:

There are plenty of incredible places to shop and eat within walking distance. There's even a free trolly that will take you up and down the island. Enjoy your meals while watching the sunset and listening to live music.



With one bedroom and 1 bathroom the place easily sleeps 4 adults.



Stay as cool as you would like indoors as we have a New Central AC system.



Fenced yard and small pet door. Pets are WELCOME!!!



Getting Around:

There is a free trolley that goes up and down the coast. It's a great way to get around. There is also a complimentary Monkey bus that is available to take you to local hot spots at night.



Other Things to Note:

Don't miss out on any of the game day action, We have access to all NFL games.

Great location for beach goer's, steps away from the front door. The beach chairs and umbrella were a life saver. Host was very accommodating and easy to deal with. The free troller that picked up right in front took a little to figure out. Once we did it was a great way to get around. Very nice for a couples getaway!

This place has amazing charm! Right across the road from the beach. We loved sitting out in the fenced in area with our doggies grilling or just having morning coffee. So relaxing. The hot tub was enjoyable as well. We strung some lights up by the back courtyard area by the hot tub and it felt magical with our music playing softly. We even slow danced on the patio, with the sun going down. The beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrella were a fantastic bonus! If you want to make beautiful memories and feel relaxed on AMI come stay here. Our host Tom was right on any questions we had. Great host. Just 2 ole hippies feeling blessed after our vacation April 2026 on AMI

Yews, Tom was awesome. The amenities were unbelievable. Paved and fenced yard for the dog, Weber grill, gas fire pit, hot tub and a talking parrot next door that had my boyfriend almost calling 911. The king size bed was glorious. New appliances in the cottage were great also. We will definitely stay here again.

The cottage was perfect for my stay! Tom was very responsive and I had everything I needed. Having all the beach supplies was a must for me and they were good quality: the wagon, umbrella, cooler and chairs. Location is perfect from literally across the street from the beach, right by the trolley stops, and across the street from a wonderful wellness spa. He did a nice job getting it back in shape after the hurricane. I would suggest adding a towel bar or two in the bathroom. The patio is large and wonderful for morning coffee and winding down in the evenings. I cannot wait to come back!

The rental was perfect. So close to the beach and the little yard area was a gem. People would walk by and comment on the yard with the patio furniture, fire pit and hot tub and say that they wished they had an outdoor area to sit in at their rental. Rental was so nice with all the amenities of home. Tom was very communicative and we felt at ease renting from him. Anna Maria Island is a gem of the Gulf Coast. The property was close to everything! Just hated to leave! We will be back.

Phenomenal property. The fenced in area was perfect to eat outside in while also allowing our dogs to hang out with us. The hottub is everything with this property. Beach and community were wonderful and safe to take walks in. Property is also conveniently near a publix. Our host was wonderful and prompt with all of our needs and questions, and also really making sure that the property had great amenities. Truly a 10/10, entirely stress free stay

This rental was just as portrayed, just a short walk from the beach (probably less than 50 steps!). The place was clean and tidy, well-appointed and everything in new condition. Perfect little getaway for a couple or family with small children. Close to Bridge Street for shopping and not far from the hustle and bustle of Pine Avenue and Gulf Drive. Perfect weekend getaway

Stayed in the Airstream, it was great. Got up each morning and went for a swim at the beach. Enjoyed sunsets and live music at the nearby restaurant. Will stay again.

Leah, I'm glad that you had a great time. We do our best to provide as many conveniences as possible so that all you have to do is relax and have a care free vacation. To future renters... While we were remodeling the beach cottage, we parked our brand new airstream on the property. The beach cottage is ready and have transitioned to solely renting out the beach cottage.

Perfect cottage!!

This was the perfect beach cottage for my husband and myself. Across the road from the white sandy beach it was impeccably clean, had washer/dryer as well as beach chairs, towels and a buggy. Great location and the owner was easily reachable with any questions. Can't wait to stay here again!

We were super excited to find this beach cottage. It's just across from our favorite beach in the world. We purchased the property and completely renovated the kitchen and main area. We love that we can bring our two dogs and let them loose in the fully fenced yard. We enjoy the fire pit at night. We are hoping to get a hot tub on the property soon.
