Die Lage ist gut erreichbar. Leider wurden wir vergessen und wir mussten mehrfach versuchen jemanden zu erreichen. Backofen gieng erst durch rütteln an der Steckdose, wie uns die vermieterin dann gezeigt hat mit der aussage die Küche braucht niemand die Leute essen auswärts.Einige sachen waren defekt. Am Ende wurde uns Diebstahl vom Schlüssel unterstellt und die Wohnung nicht sauber hinterlassen zu haben. Dies trotzdem das wir den Abfall sogar nach vorne gebracht haben und allea mögliche geputzt haben mit nur einem vorhandenem Besen. Wir haben übrigens MIT Endreinigung gebucht!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We were initially concerned that the keys and one of the gate remote controls had been stolen. However, after your call, it became clear that the keys had been left in the letterbox, although unfortunately in the wrong mailbox, which caused some confusion.We also want to mention that during your stay, our colleague experienced inappropriate behavior and harassment while trying to explain to you how to use the oven, which we take very seriously. We expect all guests to treat our team with respect.Regarding the cleaning, please note that the cleaning fee covers standard cleaning services such as bed making, sanitizing, and general tidying. It does not include cleaning up intentional messes or damage caused during the stay. We kindly ask our guests to leave the property in a reasonable condition.Bests,Happy Rentals Team
