Overall, we chose this apartment as it was on the same block as our friends who rented an apartment in a high rise. This apartment is street level. You couldn;t open curtains or there is everyone on the street! The apartment was ok, served our needs as a place to sleep and shower . The only issue we had was that there was a funky smell - we bought air spray and ran the fan all day. We did open window briefly while we were there, but we afraid to leave open when we were gone as it was on street level.
We did like the location as it was near metro, walking distance of markets and restaurants.
