Amazing Place!

Not sure how this property has no reviews but I stayed two nights on my way out to Reims and I loved it. Check in was seamless and easy. The place is so so so cute. The nespresso was a lovely touch. I can’t say enough about the location. I was able to walk everywhere! The final cherry on top for me was the bed. I’d been traveling for weeks and I’m not sure what it is but that bed was so comfortable. I got the first good nights sleep in weeks there. I was so disappointed to leave. I would highly recommend this place as the location is great and you have everything you could possibly need.

Cute little gem in a great neighbourhood

This is a lovely tiny apartment in Saint-Germain-des-Pres. It is very small (but I wasn't surprised) but thankfully on a ground-floor location. It is sweetly decorated and the location really is second to none. Boulangeries, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and pharmacies at your doorstop and still remains peaceful at night. Some things to note: - The property is at the end of a tiny courtyard that houses the bins so they did empty the bins twice while I was there, making considerable noise at 6AM. - If you are visiting during warm weather, the fan in the apartment doesn't cool it very well at all. - There is no little natural light. - Not listed here, but the host (who did not communicate with me prior to the booking, which I did email them a couple of times to ask questions as they do not communicate via Vrbo) does ask for a EUR 500.00 security deposit, of which only EUR 6.50 is taken. Please note that this is requested of you 24 hours beforehand. I was on a long-haul flight and couldn't use my credit card to pay as I needed an SMS code to authorize my credit card to pay the EUR 6.50. So this is something to note when booking.

Idéal pour un court séjour !

Cet appartement a été notre pied à terre, ma fille de 22 ans et moi, pour deux nuits à l'occasion d'un concert. Il est idéalement placé dans un quartier animé où se trouvent bars, restaurants, carrefour market de quartier, pharmacie, ... brefs tous les commerces utiles. L'accès par code est bien pratique suivant l'heure d'arrivée. J'ai été en contact téléphonique avec le gérant qui est bien sympathique. L'appartement se démarque par son style, exactement comme sur les photos. Il convient pour deux personnes. Il n'y a pas de place perdue, chaque espace est rentabilisé comme bien souvent sur Paris. Deux ventilateurs très puissants permettent de supporter les chaleurs estivales. Le seul point noir est le manque d'ouverture sur l'extérieur. Il faudrait qu'il soit aéré plus régulièrement. Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour girly au Candy Saint Germain.
