Very comfortable accommodation. It is situated in an ideal place for access to the South bay and the Italian gardens.and in the opposite direction straight into town . We don’t find the steps down a problem but other less able people would . We have been back to this same flat 3 times now , so that speaks for itself.

Great communication. Rooms very clean and uncluttered. Everything worked. The steps down to the front door could be challenging for a elderly or disabled person, but not impossible. Thanks to all involved. Would book again.

Amazing garden flat !

Our stay at the garden flat was amazing. The flat was very clean , and incredibly spacious. It was very well equipped too. Lovely to relax in the evening, after walking our legs off all day .We will definitely be booking here again.
