Great location near the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Close to the local supermarket. Possible to walk into Malaga centre. Great patio balcony with lovely view. Nice communal pool too.
The location is the best thing about the property, fantastic area of Malaga with the beach on the doorstep and loads of great restaurants. Unfortunately the apartment has a few faults, the air con didn’t work meaning mozzies were a problem at night. A few other little issues which could easily be resolved would make it a great home. We did enjoy our stay but this was mainly because of the location.
This is a very well located, modern appartement in a newer and safe building.We liked: The size of the apartment and the terrasse.The garage with the reserved parking spot.We were disappointed by:The place has seen a lot of traffic. Dirty walls and living room furniture.No hot water for half our stay. They responded and sent someone over but wasn’t fixed.There were small ants that appeared in the bathroom after a few days.
