Enjoyed our stay. Three separate beds provided lots of room. Very close to Magoni winery and Trentino restaurant which we enjoyed both. Easy to get around the Valle from here
The property is as described in the listing very large, accommodating room, rooms, bathrooms, very comfortable beds. The owner was very responsive to a couple of needs that we had but overall we had a great trip very close to the wineries. If you’re looking for a great weekend getaway this is it very secure colonial feeling. A little difficult to find if you arrive at night in the dark but once you find it, you’ve made it home and it’s nice thank you Roxy for your attentiveness and sharing your property with us for my wife’s 55th birthday. We had an awesome weekend.
Great house. Everything was clean. Very close to all the main wineries. Friendly neighborhood. Roads are unpaved but easy to navigate to and from.

This property perfectly accommodated our group of 6. Very spacious and roomy. I like how the bedrooms were not too close to each other and I loved how open the common areas were. Pictures on here could be better, but check out a tour of this home on my Y.T. channel- Our Vital Life.
House is spacious and clean. But getting there was awful. You need 4-wheel drive and that was not in the house description. The gate to the driveway was out of alignment and required two people to open and close. There was only tepid water, no hot water in the house. The neighborhood was of concern. Dogs barking all night, trash and garbage everywhere, and a burning dumpster a block away that had obnoxious smell. Nice house, terrible access ad location. We ended our stay after one night, sorry to say.

I am very sorry to hear about your negative experience. VRBO users: Valle de Guadalupe is full of wineries and all travel does require you to drive on countryside terrain. Although my house is located on a dirt road it is mostly flat so a regular vehicle is suitable; low riders will definitely take a hit so leave those at home. My house manager confirmed that the repairman forgot to switch the boiler on so if the renter would have communicated the hot water issue (the way I communicated with her regarding the repairman before she checked in) my house manager would have arrived in less than 15 minutes to switch the pilot on. I do everything possible to ensure my guests have an awesome experience (per my 5 star reviews on other rental platforms) so as long as you communicate with me I will answer any questions you have and address any issues in the quickest way possible. P.S. you're coming to Mexico so be prepared to smell burning trash every so often when you're driving through certain areas.
This house was located in a local neighborhood, and while the roads to it were dirt and rough, the general location to the main road and wineries were perfect. The house itself was very clean and accommodating, however the listing was confusing as to the number of beds. We were one couple with three other adults. It may have been that the sofa in the TV room was a fold out sofa bed; we never looked, as one of the adults just slept on the sofa. The fold out cabinet "murphy bed" was in the room as well, but three beds were listed as being in the "common area" and only one bedroom was listed. There are two bedrooms; one has a queen, and the other has a double/full size. At any rate, we were all fine with it. A remote for the bedrooms' AC was missing, but provided the next day. The owner/manager was communicative and responsive. Overall a great place to stay.

Thank you so much for your feedback! I didn’t realize that my listing wasn’t properly updated so I double checked it and also created a Welcome Manual for guests. I hope you all had loads of fun and thank you for being awesome guests!
We really enjoyed our stay! We came to town to wine taste and found it was a very quick drive. It is listed as two bedrooms, but feels more like a 3. The den has a door and can be closed off. I never have high hopes for Murphy beds but this was surprisingly comfortable! It was very warm and the AC units cooled it off quickly! The gate felt very secure and I had no problem leaving my car parked all weekend. There’s plenty of living space as well as a nice rooftop. I’m assuming they were strays, but there were some really sweet cats wandering around as well! There’s a small market on the corner we used to pick up some ice and snacks. It is very close to Lechuza, Casa Magoni and many more wineries. We did have one small issue and Roxy responded immediately and was very helpful. Her instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The road was definitely a bit bumpy but we didn’t do much driving so it was fine. My biggest complaint is that the pillows were very round and firm, but overall we had a great experience! I would definitely stay here again!

Long, bumpy, unpaved, dirt road leading you to the property. You will see plenty of run down houses in the neighborhood with lots of wild dogs running around. The rental home itself was gorgeous with beautiful tile flooring, gorgeous furniture, decorative touches and tons of space for the whole family. I spoke to the host about a few issues with the TV, the AC units/remotes, the bath tub in the guest room, among a few other issues. The host was quick to respond and rectify all of the issues mentioned. I would recommend the host have a better property manger setting up her properties before having tenants rent the home, just to ensure everything is up and running correctly and smoothly before the tenant arrival. I did have to waste a lot of my vacation time communicating with the host about these issues, trying to fix the issues and sending pics, etc. I would also recommend the host have their cleaners vacuum the rugs since there was a decent amount of debri on every area rug in every room. Lastly, I'd recommend the host to have a physical house manual at the property to avoid confusion with TVs, showers/tubs, AC remotes, etc. All other spaces were extremely clean. Overall good home and I'd recommend to others.
Beautiful home, we visited valle de Guadalupe for the weekend as we were guests at a wedding that took place at the wine museum. The location was perfect as it was only a 3 minute drive from the venue. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, we were 2 couples so it was perfect as each couple had their own bathroom. Kitchen and living room are very spacious. We will consider this same location if we ever wish to visit Guadalupe again.

Why they chose this property
Beautifully designed this house is flooded with light. The open concept allows you to partake with your group but the private rooms are spaced out enough for you to have some private R&R. Outdoor landscaping is full of plush greenery and exotic dessert plants that are visibly accessible from indoor. Located in the center of Valle de Guadalupe.
What makes this property unique
Located in centralized area which is close to restaurants, bars, and wineries.
