Spacious one-bedroom apartment with air shaft in an elegant building, very cozy, seven minutes from Piazza Maggiore.



On the third floor of an elegant building with an elevator, this apartment opens onto a huge living area, which features a large bookcase, a dining table with chairs, a comfortable corner sofa bed and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, complete also with an oven, a dishwasher and a kettle.

The apartment continues with the minimal style bedroom, with a queen size bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk. A full bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine completes the accommodation.



*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! 20 minutes walking distance from the apartment there is the central train station while the airport is less than a 20-minute drive away.
