This refined apartment, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, opens onto a very cozy living area, with parquet and exposed wooden beams, furnished with a single sofa bed, a TV and a dining area. From here, guests can access the well-equipped kitchen also fitted with table and chairs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Walking further, guests will find the bedroom with a queen size bed, a large wardrobe with mirror and a spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine equipped with additional wardrobes.
A full bathroom with a double shower completes the accommodation.
Guests will also have at their disposal comforts such as free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

At 1 minute walk there is the bus stop “Garganelli” that in 15 minutes allows guests to get to the central station. The airport, however, is less than 25 minutes away by car.
