First Floor: 1 x king, en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x bunk room (not suitable for adults) with en-suite basin,WC, 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin, WC, 2 x double with basin,WC, 1 x double ( twin on request) with Jack-and-Jill bath, walk-in shower, basin, WC. Second floor: 1 x double with en-suite bath, basin,WC, 1 x double with ensuite shower, basin, WC. Dining room and lounge with elec fires. Reception/bar area. Kitchen/diner seats 12 with elec oven and 4 ring touch hob and 2 ring touch hob, combi microwave, air fryer, dishwasher,large fridge and freezer. Games room. Second-floor lounge seats 4. Rear multi-tier garden and seats. Washing machine + dryer in outhouse. Off-road parking for 3 cars, on road is first come first served. Oil heating, power, linen and towels inc. Offa's Dyke Path, Gop Hill, Allt Y Craig, and Golden Grove are just a few of the great local walks where you may take in the fantastic landscape and perspectives of the area.
