Our new 55 sqm apartment, fully equipped, has several advantages that would allow you to enjoy perfect stays in Paris!



Welcome to a character building, located in a cobbled and green courtyard, very quiet. It has a superb patio door and over 3 meters high ceiling!

Thanks to its 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), and a sofa bed in the living room, we can host up to 6 guests.



The location is one of the most lively areas of the city, close to many restaurants, bars and major concert halls and theatres.



The Space:

For their respect of demanding eco friendly criteria and their commitment in sustainable practices, this apartment has been awarded the Ecolofat certificate.

Lovely Flat located on ground floor

Lovely flat, situated near the most incredible bakery and conveniently situated within walking distance to Gare d’Est and Gare Du Nord (slightly closer to Gare d’Est). The space is located within a secured classic Parisian courtyard with ground floor access (which was really convenient when dealing with a stroller and mother with limited mobility). Highly recommend!

This place seemed like a scam because they asked us to pay through a bank transfer... and then they asked for a 500 dollar deposit after they already had our money via bank transfer. We contacted vrbo to see if this was legit and they said it was so we went through with it but honestly I was worried we would get there and not have a place to stay. I still need to check if they returned my deposit...The place is a bit run down, a chair at the table fell apart while I was sitting in it. The neighborhood is loud and crowded with late night antics, which can be fun but also its every night so it gets tiring. There is no place for you to put your luggage... for a short stay/small suitcase it wouldn't be an issue. They should get some luggage racks.Also there is no full length mirror. They need to put a full length mirror in... if you are traveling in Paris you want to see your outfit before you walk out the door.The bathroom is a bit moldy in the shower and the sinks in the bathroom don't drain correctly which can get kind of gross. Other than that, the apartment worked for our needs with a small dog. Kitchen was stocked, washer dryer combo worked, it was clean, the courtyard was cute, the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood had lots of fun restaurants and bakeries and it is close to the Gare Est train which was very convenient for our purposes (doing a day trip to Strasbourg for the xmas market).
