Amazing stay, perfect location

The stay was amazing. The host was very accommodating in every aspect. When we had any questions, someone would come right over to help us. The villa was perfectly clean, the view was beautiful, and the location is perfect. A lot of local restaurants and shops on a boardwalk within a 5 minute walk from the villa. One morning we had locked ourselves out of the kitchen area, and someone came to unlock it for us within minutes. The overall experience is a 10/10 and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay by lake Garda.

Lunga scalinata per arrivare alle camere. Camere scarne, mal arredate. Bagni piccoli, senza alcuna toiletterie. Stanze squallide. WIFI inesistente. Letti scomodi. Ventilatore tipo sopramobile anteguerra. L'host completamente disinteressata. Ambiente comune in un piano diffferente

La ringrazio signor Mario per la bella recensione. Le camere sono al primo piano di conseguenza ci sono le scale, è assolutamente specificata l'assenza dell'ascensore. Bagni e camere sono come da foto, non ci siamo inventati di modificarli prima del vostro arrivo. Abbiamo optato di avere un bagno piccolo per ogni camera ( tutti datati di lavandino, doccia e wc), piuttosto che un bagno grande per tutte le camere. l'aria condizionata non c'è, nella descrizione non c'è e c'è la pala elettrica al soffitto. Ambiente comune immagino intenda l'open space dove c'è cucina e soggiorno, si è al piano terra, sotto le camere. solitamente come ogni casa nelle nostre zone. Per quanto riguarda l'host.. disinteressata.... peccato che non possa mettere foto delle chiamate a qualsiasi ora, messaggi ed email. Senza contare l'arroganza che avete avuto nei miei confronti quando volevate avere ragione a tutti i costi che vi spettava la cameriera con la colazione pronta tutte le mattine. Diciamo che non avete vinto, purtroppo, il premio per miglior cliente dell'anno.

Großzügige Räume mit schönem Blick

Schöner Blick auf den See, nur 5 MIn. zu Fuß in die gemütliche Stadt, gute Zimmer, großer Ess- und Kochbereich, angenehmer Garten mit schönen Sonnen-Sitz-Plätzen. Autos nicht direkt am Haus abzustellen, Strafzettel drohen, gibt dort nur für Anwohner Parkplätze; nahe dem Platz, wo auch der Wochenmarkt ist, kann man kostenlose Parkplätze finden (ca. 1,5 km entfernt); Räder dabei haben lohnt sich (etwa zum einkaufen fahren). Aber wie gesagt: zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Stadt, direkt direkt vor Ort braucht man kein Auto. Hatten Ende Oktober/Anf. November Glück mit dem Wetter, oft um 20 Grad, Frühstück im Garten meist möglich gewesen. Das war natürlich Glück, aber erfreulich. Insgesamt aber ist das Quartier sehr zu empfehlen.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for a family vacation -- they were 7 of us. Each room was spotless and had its own bathroom and shower. We rented the entire Villa so the community room downstairs was perfect for breakfasts and cooking dinner one night. The kitchen was well equipped. Great location -- easy access to town and restaurants, the beach is a 15 minute walk and beautiful views of the lake. Hopefully we will be back!

Proprietari molto gentili, ottima colazione, camere pulite il tutto con una favolosa vista lago e a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal centro.Ci torneremo sicuramente!
