Marche at its best

The House is very spaceous and nicely decorated with art and designer furnitures. It is however The outside Spaces that are The best part of The House. Sitting on The patio sipping Wine while enjoying The view is a treat. The pool has a perfect size and was a Great escape from The 36 degrees we experienced

Please Be Aware!

The home was beautiful, spacious, well decorated, and clean, and the views were stunning. Nearly everything was perfect. However, please be aware that the owner of the Villa not only lives on the property, but also lives in the same house as the guests (on the ground floor with a separate entrance). This is against policy. I specifically asked the property management company (who are considered “super hosts”) if we have a private Villa or if the owner lives there, and was assured the villa was completely private and completely ours. I originally questioned the management company because I found the same villa listed on a competitive vacation rental site, which indicated the owner lived in the villa. Imagine my surprise and confusion when it was not listed as such on this site! There was no incident, and the owner was kind and left us complete privacy, but the listing was inaccurate and dishonest. I traveled with three young children and was not comfortable with a stranger sharing a house with us. I absolutely would have cancelled had I not been reassured by the property management company that the villa was private. So while everything about the house was lovely, I am very disappointed in the dishonesty of the management company.

Schöner Garten

Ein sehr großes Haus mit einem schönen Pool und großem schönen Garten. Die Zimmer in der mittleren Etage sind sehr schön. Die Zimmer im Dachgeschoss haben eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und riechen sehr feucht. Im Haus wohnt eine Hilfe des Besitzers und es gibt noch ein Zimmer welches im gemieteten Bereich liegt, welches benutzt wird. Man ist also nicht alleine im Haus, auf dem Grundstück.
