Property was clean, spacious and situated on a nice, quiet holiday park. The park had everything we needed to keep the kids happy. I would recommend to any family.
I would like to say what a great base
We really enjoyed our stayed
Nice spacious home easy to find ample parking
Family enjoyed the gym and swimming pool and had carvery at the pub
Will definitely be booking again
We had a lovely time, thank you. The Honicombe Park Estate is fantastic, there is lots to do. The house was good though the kitchen was not the best layout, but we managed, also could do with another couple of outdoor seats on the balcony. However these were minor issues, and overall the adults, kids and dogs had a great holiday.

The property suited our needs for a Chrismas get together with family and friends, it had all the amenities required to cook a Christmas dinner for 8 adults.Unfortunatly the indoor pool was closed and had been closed for sometime, this was not indicated on the website or at any time during the booking window, and in fact the web site of the resort indicate it would be open before and after Christmas, this was one of the reasons we chose this particular property so was a little disappointed.
Very nice spacious property on a nice leisure park with a lovely indoor and outdoor pool and pub on site. Property was very tired and needs re-furbishment. Not very clean.

Im sorry you feel that the property was not up to standard. If I had been given the opportunity I would have asked someone to attend to your complaint. However, you only informed me of a your perceived problem a day before you left.
We had an excellent stay here. Beautiful property with plenty of space for a group of 8 of us. Including children between the ages of 1 and 5 years old. We made use of the swimming facilities on site. Mary is a lovely host. Who answered all of our questions promptly . I would not hesistate to stay here again

It was a good location with great facilities. The accomodation was a little damp and needed freshening up.The upstairs bedroom was very hot.I had to request fresh towels mainly hand and shower mats as only 2 were provided for 7 people. Minimal crockery provided.Lovely living space lots of room to spend time together socialise and play games.

Thank you for your review. I have not had anyone complain about the property being damp before and considering how dry it has been in the country for some little while now, cant see how this is possible. The upstairs bedroom gets the sun directly as does the balcony which is outside that bedroom everywhere is hot at the moment. Fresh towels were indeed supplied when requested but normally even for a 2 week stay most people find the towels supplied at the beginning of their stay sufficient, taking into account that the property can take 8 guests. With regard to crockery, Im sorry that you found the amount minimal as I originally supplied more crockery than was required but of course I cannot keep things in order, if, say breakages occur and are not reported. I hope that you wont let this put you off visiting again.
Lovely base and plenty of room for all 8 of us Kids loved the swimming and access to WiFi. The only problem we had was the shower leaking into the hallway. We reported it but don’t believe anyone came to short it. The leak made the bathroom smell and it wasn’t a pleasant smell neither. It seemed like there was a plumbing issue. House was ideal for us but shame about the leak and plumbing issues within the house.
The pictures on Vrbo do not do this property justice. Great for a large family or even friends. 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one shower/one bath). Small kitchen but everything you need in it. Lots of seating for everyone. Balcony for sitting with a brew or a beer. Ideally situated for the north or the south coast. Indoor pool great size, outdoor pool quite small. Property host great at communicating with us, check in very easy and a lovely welcome pack to. We had an issue with the fridge but it was sorted on the day we reported it. Would totally recommend.

I am a keen equestrian who has an absolute love of Cornwall and I hope that anyone who visits my cottage is smitten with Cornwall as well. My earliest memories of my own family holidays are of being taken to Looe, which is not too far away from my cottage
Why they chose this property
My cottage is very dear to me as it was purchased to commemorate my parents and the fantastic holidays in Cornwall they took my sister and me on.
