Villa Nereida by Villa Plus

Whether it's stunning views over Calan Forcat bay or a good central location you're after, Villa Nereida has both. Enjoy the scenery from the privacy of your own swimming pool, and, if you can tear yourself away, take the 10 minute walk into the resort centre which has a plethora of shops and eateries, a childrens play area and waterpark. Calan Forcat bay has steps and a small wooden bridge down to the seafront where you can swim or visit the more established beaches of Calan Blanes or Cala Picas, both within 20 minutes on foot and Ciutadella is only 5 minutes drive away. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms is included.

Villa Nereida has fabulous sea views over the bay of Calan Forcat, towards the open sea. A path, adjacent to the villa grounds, leads down to a small, sandy beach and numerous bathing platforms. Calan Forcat and neighbouring Calan Blanes have merged in recent years to create one of the largest resorts on the island with a huge choice of shops, bars and restaurants all within easy reach on foot from the villa, just before the popular water park.

Main pool: 7 x 4 mtr, 1.2 - 1.8 mtr depth.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In order to save electricity, this villa operates a system whereby the power, including the air conditioning, is only operational when an activation key is inserted. Similar to the system used in a number of hotels, this activation key is connected to the main house keys and would need to be taken out when leaving the villa.
