Cozy house/cottage with large yard and lots of privacy. Access to the Mississippi River where you can canoe and fish. Close to lakes, boat launching and atv trails that run for miles. Outdoor games and activities.

10 minutes north on Boulter Rd. is Foster Lake Beach where you can spend the day at the secluded public beach swimming and having a bbq. Has playground/ change rooms and washrooms.

5 minutes away there is a boat launch into Fraser Lake where there is also great fishing/swimming.
