Fantastic house with pool and wifi

Casa La Alberquilla:
Fabulous newly renovated house with private pool and Wi-Fi in the Valle de Lecrín area, in the town of Nigüelas (one of the most beautiful in the province), 20 minutes from Granada, 30 minutes from the beach and 50 minutes from the station Sierra Nevada ski resort.

On the ground floor it has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and combo fridge, a living room with air conditioning/heating and a bathroom. The upper floor has 2 double bedrooms with a doble bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a complete bathroom.

The outdoor area with the pool and barbecue is undoubtedly the best part of the house. It will be open in the summer season, ask for opening and closing dates.ESFCTU000018011000973705000000000000000VTAR/GR/024965

Fantastic base to explore Granada and surrounded area... but no need to leave Niguelas as Casa La Alberquilla offered comfort and a cooling pool for relaxing and entertainment. Niguelas itself has fantastic bars and restaurants with great food and hospitality especially La Falla and La Erilla.
