Private parking for 1 car; additional parking in public car park, at cost. No smoking. Please note: There is a steep slope and steps to the property. Children must be supervised on the front terrace as there is a low wall with drop behind.. A beautiful end of terrace townhouse situated in a prominent position overlooking the River Looe towards the delightful harbour town of the same name. The views here at any time of year are truly stunning. The town is just a few minutes’ walk, whilst the wonderful East Looe Beach is half a mile away. The narrow streets have an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, where locally caught fish is a menu favourite! The river has a launching area across the road from your holiday retreat, where adventures on kayaks or paddle boards are a popular pastime here.

Polperro, famed for its legendary links to smuggling, is a must visit, whilst you can take a train trip on the Looe Valley Line from the station a short walk along the road through breathtaking countryside all the way to the market town of Liskeard. Bodmin Moor, with its mysterious rock formations can be reached by car, as can the world renowned Eden Project and beautiful Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Your wonderful holiday home is superbly presented, with ample room for eight guests. The ground floor comprises an impressive open plan kitchen-diner and living room, a fabulous, spacious area which is the hub of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped whilst there are no less than 5 Smart TVs throughout the property. The first floor has an excellent bedroom with king size bed, TV and great views. There is a further double bedroom with delightful roll top bath and finally a modern shower room. The second floor, has another large bedroom, again with TV, king-size bed and scintillating views. Another bedroom with two single beds and TV and further modern shower room complete this floor. To the rear of the property there is a small courtyard with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.

As part of your stay, there is a holiday complex just 2 miles distant, where guests have free use of a lovely swimming pool (exempt in August due to issues with overcrowding). The pool is heated, open all year with changing and shower facilities and is lifeguarded. There is also a small toddler pool, where younger holidaymakers can enjoy a splash too! !
