7 Boa nova Immaculately Presented Townhouse with incredible views!
Situated between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, Boa nova is a small complex of properties with large communal swimming pool and tennis courts. Praia dos Caneiros is less than five minutes by car and there are several excellent golf courses within a fifteen minute drive.
The property is on the first floor and on entrance there is a spacious modern kitchen with high quality appliances and is open plan with the lounge and dining area. Patio doors lead to a large terrace with external dining and lounge furniture to enjoy the views to Monchique and across to Portimao. There is a bathroom on this floor also.
Stairs lead to the upper floor which offers 2 bedrooms facing south, one with twin beds and a the second with King size bed. The king size bedroom benefits from patio doors to a small terrace. These bedrooms share the use of a bathroom with bath over shower. The master bedroom has king size bed and faces north with views of the mountains and has an en suite bathroom with large walk in shower and a large private terrace.
The roof terrace has 360 degree views which are simply breath taking. There is a lounge area with fire pit, ideal for watching the magical sunsets. There is a built in exterior kitchen with charcoal and gas BBQ and sun loungers. The mountains, sea and views over Portimao can be enjoyed from this magnificent space.
The property is beautifully furnished and presented to a very high standard and offers guests a touch of luxury whilst enjoying the local area.

Ein tolles wirklich großes Appartment mit Top-Einrichtung auf zwei Etagen plus Dachterrasse mit 360 - Grad-Blick auf den Atlantik. Wir haben die Zeit alle sehr genossen, zumal ein toller Strand nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto und 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der Pool neben der Appartement-Anlage ist großzügig und absolut sauber. Leider war das Bistro nicht in Betrieb.

Gorgeous villa with wonderful terrace in luxurious resort
Great week's holiday. Villa amazing, found a few walks down to beach, pool great and bar open 12-7pm. Lots of space and villa to very high standard. Kids loved it
Building work very close to villa (obviously not anyone's fault) which was quite noisy on top terrace
