Beautiful fully equipped apartment with view of the valley of hotfour and 5 min walk to Lake Chambon.
It is located at the confluence of several hiking trails for the summer:
- Lake Chambon (300 m) accessible on foot
- The Chaudefour valley and the Puy de Sancy (5 to 7 km)
and 20 minutes from ski resorts for the winter.
The nearest shops are located in Chambon-sur-Lac for the bakery and in Murol for the supermarket.
Located in an old restored agricultural farm in the heart of the village of Varennes, the apartment is on the second floor in the attic and accessible on one level from the outside by a path.
You will enjoy a direct view of the lake and the Chaudefour valley as well as the Sancy massif.
The apartment includes:
- A kitchen with table, chairs and fully equipped with sink, hob, oven,
fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, signs with everything you need for cooking,
- Two bedrooms with wardrobe and chair with lighting per bed. One bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm)
- A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet

You can take advantage of other comfort elements such as a lounge area with a sofa, a barbecue available, a small terrace, a car garage.
In addition, you will find at your disposal two blankets and pillows per bed (sheets not provided), a drying rack. The whole is heated by electric heating.
