There is no other property if this nature located on Nice’s famous ‘Place Massena’ fountain garden square next to the Old Town on Nice.

Wonderful place and location - host is amazing!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. It is an incredibly spacious and private rooms and literally steps from Old Town. The host/owner is a lovely man who helped us with all our luggage, he's a very nice man. You will not regret staying here.

Great host and location

James provided a great overview of the property when we arrived. The location off the square was perfect for us. The only downside was that the bedrooms lacked headroom for some of us. We had a great stay while there.
