The property is surrounded by a wonderfully sunny, fenced-in, private garden, which also makes it the perfect destination to take any canine companions.
Set up for outside living the garden is edged with trees and allows ample space for long, lazy alfresco meals or languid afternoons relaxing in the sun on the deckchairs or in the shade of the trees.
Inside, the detached property enjoys a large open-plan living space furnished with a comfortable sofa, a smart flat-screen HDTV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Moka coffee machine and a fridge freezer. Two sets of large floor-to-ceiling glass doors positioned by the kitchen and dining area lead out to separate shady terraces.

Guests can reach the port of Laveno Mombello in 10-minutes by car where they will find a major ferry terminal with regular services to the Borromean Islands and other towns around the lake. Die Villa ist sehr schön und grosszügig. Der volll eingzäunte Garten ist sehr gross mit Hund absolut top. Parken in abgeschlossenem Tor für 4 Autos genial.
Wir sind gemeinsam mit unseren beiden Kindern verreist. Das Haus ist super schön groß und angenehm aufgeteilt. Da wir unsere Kinder nachts keine Treppen laufen lassen wollten, haben wir quasi nur das untere Stockwerk genutzt, was vollkommen ausreichend war.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, nur über einen Pfannenwender hätten wir uns noch gefreut.
Das Haus haben wir in sehr sauberem Zustand aufgefunden, leider gab es das ein oder andere Thema mit Wanzen, was wohl zu dieser Jahreszeit häufiger vorkommen kann. Hier hat uns die Agentur nach Rücksprache bereits am darauffolgenden Tag mit entsprechenden Anti-Insekten Mitteln versorgt.
Leider konnten wir den Garten aufgrund des Wetters nur eingeschränkt nutzen. Hier hält der Rasen leider nicht, was die Bilder und die Ansprüche an eine Villa dieser Klasse vermuten lassen. Barfuß kann man den Rasen nicht betreten. Hier gibt es eindeutig noch Verbesserungbedarf.
Die Umgebung ist abgenehm, absolut einheimisch geprägt, der nächste Supermarkt allerdings auch erst in den nächsten Ortschaften zu finden.
Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, ein Wiederkommen ist wahrscheinlich, insofern wir den Lago Maggiore erneut besuchen möchten.
