Private: natural state property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. 400 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Cannero Riviera" 7.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage

Wir waren Ende März dort und trotz der kühleren Temperaturen nachts war der Pellet Ofen völlig ausreichend. Wer Ruhe und schöne Wanderwege sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist beides sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Grandiose Lage - himmlische Ruhe!

Traumhaft schöne Aussicht auf den See, sehr gepflegtes weitläufiges Anwesen und ein sehr gut ausgestattetes gemütliches Haus - es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Durch das sicher eingezäunte Grundstück war der Urlaub auch für unseren Hund perfekt und die herrlichen Wanderwege starteten direkt am Haus. Rundum zu empfehlen!

Wunderbar ruhiges Ferienhaus

Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es ist alles sauber und ordentlich und alles vorhanden, absolut ruhig mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den See hinunter. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit unserem kleinen Hund und durch das umzäunte Grundstück sehr entspannend. Man ist mitten in der Natur und kann Rehe und Hasen sehen. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war bestens. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Toller Tipp für alle, die Ruhe und ein tolles Panorama suchen. Steile Zufahrt zum Haus.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus im Stil einer Alpenhütte. Sehr ruhige und traumhafte Lage mit einem gigantischen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Schöne Unterkunft in abgeschiedener Alleinlage

Wir konnte das Haus sehr kurzfristig buchen und haben es nicht bereut. Tolles Grundstück mit Blick auf den See, ideal für unseren Hund. Liegt sehr abgelegen am Berg , 7,5 Kilometer / 15 Autominuten von Cannero entfernt. Schöne Wanderungen können direkt vom Haus unternommen werden. Bäcker/kleiner Laden in Traego - 5 Minuten mit dem Auto / 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, insgesamt sauber, wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und haben die Ruhe genossen. Perfekt wäre die Unterkunft mit Insektenschutzgittern und einer geteilten Matratze im Doppelbett.

Herrliche Ruhe in herrlicher Natur

Sehr schöne Lage mit herrlichem Seeblick. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sonst eher einfach eingerichtet. Gastgeber sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Man kann direkt vom Haus weg viele verschiedene Wanderungen unternehmen. Leider ist die Straße von der Seestraße nach oben z.t. sehr eng-wir haben auch einen Unfall mitbekommen.

Wir kommen seit 6 Jahren zweimal jährlich nach Viggiona–Trarego und immer wohnen wir im Haus Baita Lavu. Neben der tollen Wandergegend geniessen wir unseren Urlaub auch wegen der schönen Lage und der Einrichtung des Hauses. Es ist besonders erwähnenswert, dass die sehr netten Vermieter ständig daran sind Verbesserungen vorzunehmen. So wurden wir in diesem Jahr mit einem neuen Fussboden und einer neuen Eingangstür überrascht. Wir freuen uns schon auf unsere Ferien im Herbst.

Sehr netter Kontakt, wenn auch nur auf italienisch. Wir haben trotzdem alles verstanden. Das Haus ist eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht, selbst in der Küche.Der Blick von der Terrasse ist sensationell und unbezahlbar!Wir hatten unsere Hunde dabei und auch die waren mit dem Garten und des Gassi–Möglichkeiten super zufrieden.Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir werden wiederkommen!!!
