The cottage offers total privacy and seclusion with breathtaking views of the sea, Ermioni, Spetses and Hydra islands. The nearby village of Iliokastron only 1.5km away offers various dining options including the renowed French restaurant Maribon. The picturesque sea town of Ermioni only 4km away offers a variety of fish tavernas and stores.

This property is unique in privacy and seclusion and with breathtaking views of the sea and the nearby islands of Hydra and Spetses. It is located within easy reach from Athens International airport (185km) or 2hours by fast ferry from Piraeus port. Set amidst 40 acres of century old olive trees and with its own limited production olive oil one can relax and enjoy the farm or easily reach the numerous beaches offered in the area.

What makes this property unique

One of the most unique benefits of the cottage is the antique furnishings dating back nearly 100 years, the relaxing surroundings and ofcourse the breathtaking views of the bay of Ermioni and far beyond towards the islands of Hydra and Spetses. The two islands renowed for thier unique Greek island feel character are easily reached by boat from Ermioni and offer amazing entertainment and swimming options. The nearby sea town of Ermioni just 4km away offers numerous dining options as well as super markets, grocery stores, pharmacies and other stores. The nearest hospital is located in Kranidi a major town 13km away or about 15min drive.
