Nice apartment located in the residential area of Son Parc, 200 metres from the magnificent Son Saura sandy beach.
The apartment is very well maintained, renovated, equipped and decorated with great taste. It has a pleasant terrace with sea views and sun loungers, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom.
It has air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.
The complex has spacious garden areas and communal swimming pools.
No tourist services are provided in the accommodation (room service, food and drink, etc...)
Son Parc is a quiet tourist development on the north coast of Menorca, belonging to the municipality of Es Mercadal. Son Parc has several attractions that make it special, including its beach, also known as Arenal de Son Saura. It is one of the most special beaches in Menorca, standing out for its fine white sand and crystal-clear water.
Another attraction of the development is the golf course, the only one in Menorca. Son Parc has all kinds of services and is completely surrounded by vegetation.
