Ses Casetes is a private development of just eight semi-detached three bedroom bungalows (2 double &1 twin room) Sharing a fantastic large pool which includes a children’s paddling area. Situated approximately 250m from the stunning cove at Arenal, it offers a great choice of local bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, all within walking distance and is just 25 minutes from the airport.

Air con is available for a small fee using 1 euro coins in meter.

Travel cot and highchair available on request.

Parking is on street parking. Bays over looking the beach can be used.

A car is recommended if you want to explore the island but not essential, there is a good local bus service.

Great accommodation, quiet location

Lovely bungalow - spotlessly clean, with modern kitchen and bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. Right next to a large pool which was never very busy, despite us visiting in peak holiday season. Located just few mins walk from the beach, shops and restaurants but very quiet. Really friendly and helpful host who responded really quickly to our enquiries. As a result, we had a lovely, relaxing time here.

Beautiful

The property was immaculately clean and well equipped. A lovely quiet area but only 5 minutes from the beach. A beautiful big swimming pool was very much enjoyed by our son. I would highly recommend this villa.

Why they chose this property

Arenal is such a pretty little resort, its safe, great for families, all the bars and restaurants are within walking distance, we think it has the best beach on the island. Its busy enough to have a great atmosphere but feels unspoilt, its kept its charm and the reason guests come back year after year.

What makes this property unique

Plenty of family bars and restaurants within walking distance

Great bus service into Mahon
Its just 25 mins from the airport
