About this property

The apartment is located opposite the beach Albufereta (5 minutes drive from the city center of Alicante).

It has 2 bedrooms (2 beds 2 people), a living room with panoramic views of the beach (with sofa bed), kitchen (microwave, fridge freezer, ...) and a bathroom (with shower ).

It offers all the necessary comfort with its equipment (wi-fi, ceiling fan, TV with French and Spanish TNT, washing machine, ...).

It is located in a large residence, on the 11th floor with elevators, parking, sports area (tennis, football, basketball), bar and terrace, petanque, a large swimming pool with lifeguard approved (open from June through September) and a children's area. You have a panoramic view of the beach.

The beach is family, it offers summer sun lounger hire and paddle boats, games for children and a palapa (selling cold drinks and ice even late at night). The apartment is located in a very nice area of Alicante with shops (tapas bar, pizzeria, Irish bar, grocery stores ...).

The apartment is very well served by public transport (tram or bus) to the center of Alicante, the beaches of San Juan, to Benidorm or to the airport.

Lovely host and lovely stay

Agnes is a wonderful host. Days before arriving she took the time to contact me about my booking just for confirmation. She even provided me with public transport details on how to reach the property. Once we arrived Agnes showed us around the apartment making us feel very welcome. She made sure that we can reach out to her for anything. The property was very clean and all amenities were provided. Check in was easy and simple as you just need to sign documents. The pictures shown on vrbo were accurate and from our apartment you have views of the beach and swimming pool. We used the Tram a lot which is only a 3-4 min walk from the property. If in the future I do visit alicante, I will sure stay here again. Thank you for the lovely experience.
