Our apartment is located in front of the Albufereta beach, about 4 kilometers from the center of Alicante.

Perfect if you are looking for the beach and the cultural and gastronomic offer of Alicante and its surroundings!

The apartment is located in a beachfront residence with a swimming pool and parking. It is located on the 11th floor with 2 elevators offering a panoramic view of the sea from the living room.

The apartment consists of a living room with a glazed terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and 2 double bedrooms. The apartment is for 4 guests maximum.

Among the equipment, we can mention the television with Spanish and French DTT, hair dryer, duvets, fans in summer, washing machine (washing products are not provided) and a shopping cart for our guests who have to shop without a car.

It is a cozy apartment with a good location near the beach, the center of Alicante, with many shops and restaurants nearby, with public transport Tram and buses (Tram stop La Isleta and bus stop La Condomina) and possibilities for activities (you can find a golf course, a tennis club, paddle surf rental and kayaking in summer). It is located 15 km from the airport, 6 km from the train station and 5.5 km from the bus station.

The urbanization offers guests a closed parking with an unnumbered space, a playground, a swimming pool with a lifeguard in the summer months, a sports court and a bar - cafeteria in summer. The pool is open all year round.

On the day of arrival, we will be at the apartment to welcome you in person, give you the keys, explain how the apartment works and answer your questions.

Electricity consumption is not included from December to March included and with monthly rates.

For stays equal to or less than 10 days, it will be considered Tourist Accommodation – Tourist Contract (According to Law Decree 9/2024, August 2 and Law 15/2018, June 7 of the Consell GVA).
For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental – Seasonal Contract (According to Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Art. 3 and Royal Decree 1312/2024, December 23).

Please note that, according to local regulations, for any rental, a tourist or seasonal rental contract will be established to sign upon arrival.

Lovely host and lovely stay

Agnes is a wonderful host. Days before arriving she took the time to contact me about my booking just for confirmation. She even provided me with public transport details on how to reach the property. Once we arrived Agnes showed us around the apartment making us feel very welcome. She made sure that we can reach out to her for anything. The property was very clean and all amenities were provided. Check in was easy and simple as you just need to sign documents. The pictures shown on vrbo were accurate and from our apartment you have views of the beach and swimming pool. We used the Tram a lot which is only a 3-4 min walk from the property. If in the future I do visit alicante, I will sure stay here again. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool. Der Strand beim Haus ist sehr schön. Es gibt in direkter Nähe einige gute Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Haltes telle für die Tram - ins Zentrum von Alicante sind es 4 Haltestellen. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub in Albufereta sehr genießen.

Gelungener Urlaub

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Die Wohnung war, wie beschrieben, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung gezeigt sowie Fragen beantwortet. Die Lage der Wohnung in der 11. Etage gibt einen schönen Blick bis ins Zentrum von Alicante. Fußläufig ist es schon eine ordentliche Strecke, wenn man aber einigermaßen fit ist, kein Problem. Ansonsten fährt direkt hinterm Haus die Bahn, mit der man schnell und unkompliziert ins Zentrum kommt. Auch in die andere Richtung bis Benidorm bspw. kann man gut die Bahn nutzen. Unseren Mietwagen hätten wir uns dieses Mal sparen können. In der Nebenstraße gibt es ein paar kleine Kneipen, wo man gut etwas essen kann.

Bonito apartamento en la Albufereta

El apartamento está perfecto, es tal y como lo muestran las fotos. Las vistas al mar son preciosas, está muy bien equipado, muy limpio, es muy luminoso y la piscina de la urbanización es estupenda. Las camas son muy cómodas y su ubicación es muy buena: acceso directo a la playa, a 15 minutos a pie de zona de bares y comercios y muy bien comunicado por transporte público con Alicante capital. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Alles ist zweckmässig, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Aussicht aus dem 11. Stock ist ein Erlebnis. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnete Lage. Es hat ein eigener Parkplatz in einem geschlossenen Gelände. Es gibt eine Liftverbindung vom Parkplatz aus. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sogar zu Fuss erreichbar. Restaurants und der Strand sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand kann über einen Durchgang unter der Strasse gefahrlos erreicht werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Sie standen mir auch in der Not beiseite - Danke noch einmal! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Achterstalling onderhoud en slechte buurt.

Oud en slecht onderhouden accommodatie. douche 60x60 cm, badkamer bleef stinken naar riool. Bij harde wind vielen brokstukjes van boenetage op ons raam. Weinig keuken gerei, 2e slaapkamer viel bed elkaar. Buurt is oude glorie, veel graffiti, etc. Strand armoedig en ander genomd strand niet meer dan een moddervlakte.
