Set within a quiet Mews a short stroll to both Tolcarne Beach & Lusty Glaze (voted one of the best beaches in the UK) and within walking distance to Newquay town centre.
This Smart Eco Home is furnished to the highest standards and features a full smart home system, with 55” Sky Glass TV in the living room, Smart TVs with Sky in all bedrooms, a dining table that doubles up as a pool table, and a strong broadband connection throughout the house with Alexa AI in every room.
The space
The house offers 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious open plan living area and a south facing private garden with outdoor dining and gas BBQ.

If you and your guests decide to spend the evening in, the house has plenty of activities to keep you entertained. After diner or a BBQ in the garden, why not play pool on the 6-foot pool table with your friends, sing along to your favourite songs on our karaoke system, watch a movie or dive into a selection of board games in the living area.

We have the ideal set up for families. Situated on the first floor we have one bedroom with two single beds and access to a guest bathroom, and the other large bedroom offers a luxury super king size bed, and en-suite shower room with hotel quality Egyptian cotton linen and Smart TVs with Sky in both rooms. On the upper floor you will find a large master suite with a super king bed, 47” Smart TV with Sky and an en-suite with heated towel rail, underfloor heating, and rain shower.

Our carbon Zero home offers all the creature comforts you would expect and more with free parking, its own electric car charging point (free of charge), and a welcome pack will be provided to you upon arrival. The bedrooms are made up, towels and beach towels are also provided.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the whole house. Our home comes with 2 designated parking spaces. One On-street space directly in front of the house and one parking space only 20 meters from the house
