MAGNIFICENT MEDITERRANEAN VILLA, COMPLETELY PRIVATE, ALL COMFORT WITH SWIMMING POOL AND SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS ... AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL ROOMS



This superb typical and detached house located on a plot of 500 m² planted with Mediterranean species is located on the Costa Brava in the town of Roses, 400 m² from the very pretty beach of Canyelles petite.



The spacious and comfortable accommodation is located on the hillside. Canyelles beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava, is 2 minutes away by car or 400 meters downhill on foot.



Summary: A beautiful modern and comfortable villa of 140m² able to accommodate up to 8 people with numerous terraces, a very pretty private swimming pool designed to accommodate young and old.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one suite). It is furnished and decorated with care and a lot of taste is brought to the details.



There is satellite TV, Wifi, air conditioning, household linen not provided can be rented from us (25 euros per person).



The house has private parking spaces for 2 cars in the enclosed grounds.



Ideal location, very sunny, multiple terraces with magnificent views of the bay.



Access to the house is via a staircase of 35 steps which can be inconvenient for people with reduced mobility.



Upper floor: A bright living room with two sofas, armchairs, coffee table, satellite TV and flat screen.



A dining area with a table for 8 people and a large bay window offering a panoramic sea view.



32 m² terrace with an outdoor table for 8 people.



A glazed terrace to enjoy the sun in winter, a large open kitchen with two fridges – a freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, various electrical appliances. household items and plenty of crockery and cutlery.

Beautiful

The view of the house is fenomenal! The house itself beautiful, everything you could possibly need is there. We have enjoyed the terrasses and swimmingpool, next to the luxery of 3 bathrooms and a full equiped kitchen. The surroundings are great, with a nice beach and restaurants on walking distance. The walk to Roses is really beautiful!

maison très haute difficile avec de jeunes enfants

Belle maison sur les hauteurs, lits conforts mais la grande terrasse qui a la vue sur la mer manque cruellement de store ou grand parasol ( soleil au moment du repas de midi ). Ajouter quelques chaises longues serait bien. Manque quelques lampes de chevet et vaisselle pour utiliser à plein le lave vaisselle... Nous y étions fin octobre

Schöne Mittelmeervilla

Das Haus war wunderbar gelegen und hatte einen phantastischen Blick. Alle Terrassen und der Pool waren sehr gut. Die Küche war auch in Ordnung. Allerdings waren die Schlafzimmer zu bemängeln. Insbesondere das eigentlich Schönste mit Terrassenzugang war unbenutzbar. Es fehlte die Tür zum angrenzenden Bad/WC.. Aus diesem Raum kam ständig ein intensiv unangenehmer Geruch, so dass der ganze Bereich nicht zu benutzen war. Eigentlich hätten mein Mann und ich diesen Raum gerne für uns genommen. So mussten wir den kleinen Raum mit 2 Einzelbetten (für Kinder??) nehmen. Hierfür fehlte dann aber die passende Bett-wäsche. Wir hatten für 5 Personen Bettwäsche bestellt und bekamen 6 Bettlaken - also je 2 für die grand lits - die Einzelbetten waren nicht berücksichtigt. Wären wir - wie eigentlich vorgesehen - mit 6 Personen angereist , hätte gar nichts mehr gepasst. ! Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr unpersönlich. Schlüssel übergeben, Wäsche in die Hand drücken, Geld kassieren und fertig. Wir haben lange gesucht, bis wir das richtige Eingangsschloss gefunden haben. Bis wir den zweiten Eingangsschlüssel gefunden haben etc. etc. Obwohl auch Handtücher bestellt waren, fehlte ein Geschirrtuch. Das alles war sehr unpersönlich und wenig fürsorglich. Wäre nicht der herrliche Blick gewesen und hätten wir schlechtes Wetter gehabt, wären wir wohl nicht zufrieden gewesen.

En primer lugar, estoy muy contenta que la casa y su sitio les gustaba mucho, como a todos los clientes que eligen esta casa por sus vacaciones. Le persona que hizo su entrada , siempre es muy atenta, agradable y servicial. Quizás había un problema de idioma, porque ella no habla aleman. Durante la estancia no tuvimos ni noticias ni ningún email o llamada para indicar ue había algun problema. Siento mucho que había algunos fallos en las sabanas. Al ser 5 personas hemos dado sabanas por 3 camas de matrimonio. Si nos hubiera dicho que faltaba algo, hubieramos llevado lo que hacía falta. Tampoco nos ha dicho que había mal olor en el baño, es la primera noticia que tenemos y si nos hubiera dicho, podriamos haber enviado un fontanero para ver cual era el problema. Vamos a investigar esto de seguida. Saludos cordiales desde la Costa Brava.

Excellente localisation

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de cette maison qui était décalée du centre de la ville avec la proximité immédiate de la nature , la proximité de la plage et une vue splendide depuis la terrasse.elle est donc tres agréable à vivre Les équipements sont d'un très bon niveau. Nous avons malgré tout regretté que la plancha qui figurait dans le descriptif ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et elle n'a pas été remplacée durant la semaine même si l'agence a toujours été reactive et s' est rendue sur place dès notre appel À noter également que si la chambre matrimoniale dispose d'une vue magnifique les trois autres chambres donnent côté montagne avec une vue réduite

Beautiful views

We really enjoyed the stay in Roses! The house is very nice with a lots of space, nice outdoor area and pool and especially a wonderful view on the sea. It’s very private so you can enjoy your stay on your own! I would criticise that you have to pay extra for towels and bed linens. I think this should definitely be in included in the price! Also it would be nice to have some basic stuff in the house like toilet paper, soap,… - we had to buy all of this on our own. Beds could be little more comfy in my opinion. Nevertheless would recommend!

We do provide toilet paper and soap and basic kitchen equipment for when you arrive, but obviously if that runs out during your stay, you will have to by some more. Vacances en famille dans cette maison rénovée sur la colline Hébergement ok et calme face à la mer Bien pour une famille avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains Ménage et entretien extérieur à optimiser car la propriétaire paye les prestataires Il y a des arbres proche de la piscine et donc il faut être conscient qu il y aura des feuilles à enlever régulièrement

Toller Ausblick von mehreren Terassen und tolle Ausstattung!

Besonders genossen haben wir den tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und auf den links unbebauten Hügel von beiden Terassen. Diese waren mit Loungemöbeln und Holzmöbeln hervorragend ausgestattet, teils auch mit Glasscheiben als Windschutz. Außerdem liegt das Haus windgeschützt zwischen den Hügeln, was im April sehr vorteilhaft war. Das Haus war prima ausgestattet, alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden, genügend Stühle, Grill und Poolliegen (für 4 P.).Entgegen der Hanglage und den Fotos sind alle Zimmer auf einem Stockwerk. Was aber, trotz der jugendlichen Mitreisenden nicht negativ war, da man mit 3 Terassen genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten hat. Zum Strand, Bars, Bäcker und Restaurant und zum Zugang zum Küstenwanderweg Cami de Ronda sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Der örtliche Supermarkt hatte leider im April noch geschlossen. Den einzigen Minuspunkt vergeben wir für einen stinkenden Abfluss in einem der Badezimmer. Die Vermieterin versprach aber Renovierungsarbeiten für nachkommende Mieter. Ein ZImmer war somit nur mit viel Lüften bewohnbar, da keine Tür das Badezimmer abgrenzt Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Sie war immer sofort hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Vue superbe !

Villa avec une superbe vue, bien équipée et décorer avec goût. Pas du tout adaptée à des personnes à mobilité réduite de nombreuses marches. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et y reviendrons très certainement.
