Santa Reparata - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 5
Elegant and quiet recently renovated apartment located on the first floor of an ancient Florentine building. A few steps from the main tourist attractions, the apartment is located in the lively San Lorenzo district, made characteristic by the Central Market and its outdoor stalls. Equipped with all the comforts of a modern home, it offers 5 beds: a double room, a single room and a double sofa bed in the living area. Ideal for families and groups of friends, it has two private bathrooms with shower and an equipped kitchen. The area, easily reachable from the Santa Maria Novella station, is lively and dynamic, for guests of all ages. In a few minutes you can reach Piazza San Marco and the Duomo of Florence.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
