Oriuolo 8 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Central location, spacious apartment ideal for couples, families or groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.

It has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a large dining area and an equipped kitchenette.
The apartment includes a private bathroom with shower (and washing machine), a mezzanine relaxation area with sofas accessed through an internal staircase.
All rooms have characteristic wooden ceilings.
From the living room there is access to a small private courtyard. Your apartment is located a few meters from the Florence Cathedral and near the beautiful Piazza Santa Croce with its famous Basilica and its lively neighborhood dotted with small artisan shops, pubs and taverns.
Also nearby are the ancient Teatro de La Pergola and the Sant'Ambrogio area, where a colorful market is held during the day.


Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 

Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
