Modern townhouse with pool
This beautiful townhouse is located in the centre of Sa pobla and only 10 minutes by car from the fantastic beach of Muro. The house is refurbished in a modern cosy style. It is distributed over two floors. The ground floor offers a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and plasma TV. Adjacent and open plan is the kitchen, well equipped with a built-in dining area with another TV and direct access to the patio with swimming pool. Also on the ground floor is the first double bedroom with access to the patio and a separate bathroom.
On the upper floor you can find the other four bedrooms. Three with twin beds and one with a double bed, one of them with en suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to a nice terrace overlooking the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning and spacious wardrobes.
In the patio of the house there is a large swimming pool and a terrace equipped with sun loungers and outdoor dining area to enjoy al fresco meals prepared on the barbecue.
The perfect choice to get to know the Mallorcan Village life style, its markets and tapas bars, with family or with friends, in a property that offers a private swimming pool and within short distance of the best beaches in the North.
