Cozy Cabin w/ 2000ft waterfront, 100+ acres to explore
Take a break from the city and relax at this rustic, charming, off-grid cottage nestled right on the shore of an extremely private lake (only 3 other cottages). Enjoy over 2000ft of waterfront and breathless lake views right from the cabin's deck. The cabin sits on 100+ acres of land and is reached by driving down a very scenic 1km long *driveway. You will be immersed in nature at this cabin with endless exploration opportunities and regular deer sightings (and even the occasional moose!). The entire cabin runs entirely on propane and features a stove, oven, fridge, hot water tank and even propane lights. It has running water(hot & cold), a full bathroom, including a simple shower. It features a wood stove for those cozy nights around the fire as well as propane wall heaters if you'd rather keep things simple. Water is provided from a water tower which will need to be filled every 1-2 days using the **gas-powered water pump at it's base. The lake has no public access and is filled with a seemingly endless supply of fish. It's a fisherman's dream. The cabin also features a large floating dock and a full-size canoe for quiet paddles around the lake with the family.
The outdoor firepit is right near the water with a clear view of the sky providing beautiful starry nights like you've never seen before. If you're looking for ultimate privacy and a real taste of nature, you won't find another property like this.
A couple of things to note: 1) The cottage is very remote so there is no cleaning service so guests must clean up after themselves and take any trash with them. 2) The lake water is not for drinking so guests must bring their own drinking water. 3) Linens, blankets, and pillows are provided but are only changed once every couple of months so feel free to bring your own. 4) There is an active beaver dam on the property so please be aware that there may be occasional flooding on the road.

It was clean and remote which is what we were looking for. We did have to get our generator because we needed internet on Wednesday. The kids had a great time and the cabin was very comfortable

We are so very happy to hear that you had the best time! You are welcome come back anytime.
This was our second stay at Cozy Cabin, and we love it here. The cabin is perfect for an off-grid getaway. The small private lake is quiet and beautiful, especially on weekdays. Swimming in the lake and fishing are excellent. The cottage was very cozy inside, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and glasses. We brought our generator to occasionally connect to Starlink, charge phones, and power portable batteries for USB LED light bulbs (they are a very convenient source of light). Communication with the owner, Sok, was efficient, and we got all the information we needed. The property has everything you need for the perfect getaway. We highly recommend staying here!
My wife and I stayed here and it was wonderful. It was only 2 nights but the cabin and property are simply incredible. Great location, lots of privacy and the lake view is killer. Especially in the morning when there's fog on the water. The cabin has no power so bring a generator and it'll get you starlink internet which was nice to have. Either way the cabin all runs on propane, even the lights. We hiked the property one day and saw a deer which was cool. Other than that we canoed on the lake a few times, went swimming, and spent a lot of time on the dock and deck. Great place, we will be coming back!

We are very glad you enjoyed your time at our cottage. And we look forward to having you and your wife back.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin! The location is perfect for those seeking an off-grid retreat. The small lake was beautiful and peaceful, especially during weekdays. Fishing was great. Plus, the proximity to Restoule Provincial Park (just a 30-minute drive away) made it easy to explore its scenic trails.
The cabin comfortably accommodates 2-4 people, with cozy double beds. While the shower is a bit small, it’s functional. However, since guests are responsible for cleaning the cleanliness issue was a drawback, and we encountered numerous mice during our stay. We had to store our food and dinnerware overnight in plastic containers to protect them from mice.
On the bright side, we brought our generator for lighting and even had Starlink connectivity. Despite the minor hiccups, we had a great time overall and would like to return!

We enjoyed our stay. The off grid experience gave us the peace and quite we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again.
Jim and Liz and pups.
This cottage was so great to visit. The getaway was peaceful. The lake was very private and secluded. If you want to get off grid, this is the place to do it.
We enjoyed some swimming, canoeing, fishing, walks and stargazing. Very big property with lots to explore! The cabin is cozy and has a very functional kitchen. We had a few issues when we arrived but Sok was really quick to respond and addressed all problems.
