Great time here but a few improvements needed

Great location and the bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully clean. We had a problem as soon as we arrived with unpleasant smells from the ensuite basin and loo. We contacted the agent and this was fixed swiftly and successfully with no fuss. Everything worked well and we had a wonderful time in Dartmouth.I know the house welcomes dogs but there was quite a doggy smell around the corridor and a bit in the kitchen despite air fresheners. This disappeared when we cooked our curry however! This did not spoil our holiday but others might be more offended by it. Also the outside space needed a good brush, leaves cleared away and a tidy - spoils what is a really cute and sheltered space.
