Welcome to our beach house in the village of Los Urrutias, near the beautiful and historic city of Cartagena. Los Urrutias is a small village and within walking distance are several excellent restaurants and bars, including a beach bar. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. This property is a legal rental with Tourist Licence and Single Lease Registry.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
